Let me try to do that with a little colour.
A couple of photos from MrFF’s walk in the Dales on an unusually good day and my lovely amaryllis which got quite leggy as they sought the light. The red one sadly keeled over and snapped but it then brighten up our dining table as a cut flower.
It feels tough when there are so many dark, rainy days. I bought a pot of hyacinths the other day, just to bring home a bit of colour and life.
ReplyDeleteIt's dull and grey again here, the wind is very cold. Your blooms ard stunning, so far only one of mine has flowers
ReplyDeleteit has been the same here in BC but at least no snow [yet] your amaryllis are just beautiful
ReplyDeletePlease can you organise a rise in temperature and another dry spell, now you’ve sorted the colour?
ReplyDeleteLove the photos...and it's warm here this week...70'sF

Thank you for visiting my blog. Your flowers look beautiful and I'm glad it was a nice sky for your husband's walk. The snowdrops are amazing. I love reading blogs about Yorkshire. I was born in Wakefield and my grandparents lived in Newmiller Dam.
